MEADOW GLEN IS A VISION FULLFILLED FROM ALL OF THE
KUHLMAN KIDS, WHO GREW UP IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT
THEIR FATHER DEVELOPED IN THE EARLY 1960's. WE ALL HAD A
PASSION TO KEEP IT A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD...
The Oakview Drive residents put up a petition to keep the land
behind them from being developed into a commercial site. We are
very proud to have made that dream a reality by taking the steps to
bring Ottawa it's first and only True condominium association.
It is a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing asset to the community, and
all those who reside there are so happy and enjoy there free time to
venture out to coffee, work out, go to the local spa or have friends in
to play cards. They appreciate not having to own a lawnmower or
snow shovel anymore....

Our family owned and operated business has been around over 5
decades, we take pride in using only the best products and
subcontractors in the area. We know you and you know us. We our
church members and have held positions on the various boards. All
of us are community, civic leaders, Dave is a former board member
for the Ottawa Area Chamber, past president of the Associated
Builders and Contractors for NorthWest Ohio. ..Bruce has held a
position on the Sts Peter and Paul financial committee..just to name
a few. We are a name you can trust.
